This is the bathroom that every Ukrainian woman covets. The water heater tank is the norm here, but, its not the way they heat most of the house water. Our water tank is only for the washing machine. The hot water and radiator heat are furnished from a heating plant located behind the apartment building. Apparently, one of the utilities that you pay here is "Hot Water". The temperature of our apartment is regulated by the apartment building owner and, secondarily, by our open windows (as needed).
Notice the roll of toilet paper on the washer too!
